Shipping and Insurance

Free worldwide shipping on all jewelry via USPS First Class Mail.  Priority andExpress are available for additional charges. We do not charge a handling fee and we do not overcharge for shipping.  Buyer pays for actual shipping charges plus insurance and delivery confirmation, unless otherwise noted. All jewelry items are shipped in protective gift boxes to ensure safe arrival.

Payment is expected within 10 days from purchase.
Paypal and postal money orders will be shipped the next business day.
Personal checks will be held 10 business days before shipping.

Paypal accepted for overseas buyers. *Please note: It is not necessary to have a Pay Pal account to use Pay Pal to make a credit card payment. Please feel free to email me if you have any questions regarding the use of Paypal.

Our Return Policy

If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us by email or phone within 3 days of receiving your item.  We will contact you within 24 hours with details on returning the item for a full refund.  You will then have 3 days to ship the item back to us under the following conditions:

*The item must be returned in its original packaging, insured for its purchased price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you with any tags and identifying marks intact.
*We recommend you use delivery tracking or confirmation as well.
*The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance, unless the reason for return is from a mistake we made.
*After we verify the returned item is as originally sent, we will issue a full refund.

Damaged Item Procedure

*Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged shipment.
*Please do not return items damaged in shipment, as doing so will void the shipping insurance.
*Damage claims can only be made on items shipped with insurance.
*Be sure to retain all original packaging as well as all pieces of the damaged item, as the shipping agent will request to examine them.
*If you decide to file the claim, we will provide you with all necessary insurance information.
